office takes full advantage of technology. Having a national rate number point
to your office, mobile or fax machine gives you the appearence of being of national
or even international size. What numbers do you normally
get? With a virtual
office you would normally choose from 0871, 0870, or 0704 numbers. You can
even choose 09xx numbers if you want to charge callers at premium rates. The
number allocated as your main telephone number points to a call routing platform,
where you can record your own welcome message and provide your callers with instructions
to press 1, 2 or 3, etc depending on the callers requirements if you require this
function (please see separate instructions to do this). Depending
on which option they press, the incoming calls can be routed to any landline number
located in any one of the following countries for FREE and we are adding more
FREE destinations all the time:
Voicemail is provided FREE if there is
no answer at any of your chosen destinations or a call is made when the system
is set to out of hours (See time plan routing below), all voicemails are sent
to the email address you specify when a Virtual
Office is created for your business. You can even
record all your incoming calls!. All recordings will
